- A registered vehicle in good condition
- A smartphone able to run the Merited driver app
- Willingness to complete Merited's verification process

Vehicles must be roadworthy, properly registered, and pass Merited's vehicle check before going online. This keeps the experience consistent for every rider — and protects drivers too.
