Using Merited
Merited connects riders who need a trip with independent drivers who provide it. By using the Merited app, riders and drivers agree to these terms and to Merited's community standards.
Rider responsibilities
Riders agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, treat drivers respectfully, and pay for completed rides through an accepted payment method.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers agree to maintain a valid licence and roadworthy vehicle, complete Merited's verification process, and accept and complete rides in good faith.
Fees and passes
Driver ride passes and any associated fees are described on the Drive page and may change with notice ahead of general availability.
Termination
Merited may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms or for safety reasons.
