Information we collect
To provide rides, Merited collects account details (name, phone number, email), trip information (pickup and drop-off locations, trip history), and — for drivers — vehicle and licence documentation submitted during verification.
How we use it
Information is used to match riders with drivers, process payments, verify driver eligibility, provide support, and improve the safety and reliability of the Merited network.
Sharing
Trip details necessary to complete a ride (such as a rider or driver's name, photo and location) are shared between the rider and driver for that trip only. Merited does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting Merited support.
